Why did you change your website for online shopping to

Customers who have visited our stores over the years have been asking for our online selection to match what they see in the stores. It took a while, but the Rod Works Lehi store inventory is now shoppable online. There are some exceptions like furniture and larger items that are difficult to ship, but when you are shopping you are actually shopping the inventory in our Rod Works Lehi store location. This allows us to offer in-store pickup for our Lehi area customers. We also ship nationwide for those who do not live near our Lehi store. Soon our other retail locations will have the same capability!


Are my Rod Works Lehi Rewards points available to use for online purchases at

YES! The Rod Works Lehi store and are essentially the same store. Once you sign up for online shopping, your rewards account will be recognized by your phone number/email. When you log into your account online, your rewards points will be visible as you shop. We may offer different reward redeeming options in the store and online but you will be earning and redeeming points on the same account.


Can I return items I buy online to a retail location?

Items purchased at may be returned in-store at our Lehi, Utah location ONLY. Be sure to contact [email protected] for all return questions.


Can I purchase a gift card in the store and use it online?

Gift cards purchased at any Rod Works location are only valid at that location where it was purchased. The only exception is, any gift card that is purchased at our Lehi, Utah location may also be used online at and vice versa, Gift cards purchased online at may also be used in-store at our Lehi, Utah location.


Do you offer online ordering with in-store pickup?

Yes! For local Lehi Utah customers, items ordered online at may be picked up in-store at our Lehi, UT location. We hope to have our other stores able to offer in-store pickup very soon!


What do I do if my item(s) is missing or damaged during delivery?
