Are my Rod Works Rewards points available to use for online purchases at rodworks.com?

YES! Once you create an account at rodworks.com, your in-store and online rewards accounts will be connected through the email and phone number you sign up with. When you log into your account online, your rewards points will be visible as you shop. We may offer different reward redemption options in the store vs. online, but all points you earn or redeem, whether in our Lehi store, or online at rodworks.com, will come from the same account.

 

Can I return items I buy online to a retail location?

Items purchased at rodworks.com may be returned in-store at our Lehi, Utah location ONLY. Be sure to contact [email protected] for all return questions.

 

Can I purchase a gift card in the store and use it online?

A Gift card purchased at any Rod Works location is only valid to use at the store where it was purchased. The only exception is for gift cards purchased at our Lehi, Utah location. These cards may also be used online at rodworks.com. Similarly, Gift cards purchased online at rodworks.com may also be used in-store at our Lehi, Utah location.

 

Do you offer online ordering with in-store pickup?

Yes! For local Lehi Utah customers, items ordered online at rodworks.com may be picked up in-store at our Lehi, UT location.

 

What do I do if my item(s) is missing or damaged during delivery?
