Return policy

All merchandise purchased from store stock, in new condition may be returned or exchanged for refund within 10 days of purchase with original receipt.  No returns or exchanges after 10 days.  No returns or exchanges on sale, clearance or special order items.  Credit card transactions will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase.  Cash or check transactions over $75 will be refunded via corporate check. Please allow 14 days for processing.

Rewards Card Rules

Rewards Card frequent shopper participants will receive one stamp on their Rewards Card for every $10 purchase, including gift certificate purchases. For example, on a purchase totaling from $10.00 to $19.99, the participant will receive one stamp on their card; from $20.00 to $29.99, two stamps, etc.

Each completed Rewards Card enables a customer to receive $15 off their next Rod Works purchase at Rod Works retail store.

Rewards Card stamps are only on current sale, stamps not given for previous purchases. 

Gift certificates qualify for Rewards stamps at the time of purchase but not at the time of redemption. The value of gift certificates being redeemed will be subtracted from the total of the purchase when calculating the number of stamps received.

Completed Rewards Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or gift certificates.

Returned merchandise will be deducted from the program. If you choose to return your purchase, we will remove the appropriate number of Rewards Card stamps and issue you a new card.

Rewards Cards will be voided if forged, altered or mechanically reproduced.

Rod Works will retain all redeemed Rewards Cards.

Rod Works is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

There is no expiration date associated with the Rewards Card as long as the program exists.

Employees/Spouses of Rod Works are not eligible to participate in the frequent shopper program.

Rod Works reserves the right to revise these rules if necessary or to cancel this frequent shopper program by notice appropriately displayed at participating stores.

Submission of Content

We encourage your comments and involvement in and about our web site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications sent to our web site may be used by Rod Works on our website and other publications. Your submission of any such written material as stated previously shall constitute an assignment to Rod Works of all worldwide rights, titles and interests and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights for such material. Rod Works is so entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensation for you or any organization in any way.
